Single user dial-in access
The basic dial up package is compatible with any modem protocol including V.90, V.43 and K56-Flex connections. There are no set-up fees for the service and no ongoing charges other than the cost of the call to the 0845 number. You do not need to register the service with us, just enter the details below into your dial-up program and connect.

In the event that you wish to have a static IP address or use iPass with your dial up connection we can set up a personal connection with your own username and password within two hours of your ordering.
We can offer POP3 email, access to a full-feed news server and many other services with your dial up connection. If you have any queries just give us a call on 08000 612 222.

iPass international roaming:
iPass is a facility which allows users to connect to the internet in foreign countries at much reduced rates. Using the iPass software, users can connect using a dial-up modem or wireless hotspot where available. The iPass software will show a list of affiliates in the appropriate country and the charges for connecting to the internet through that company. At the end of the month Inweb will bill you for the time you have spent on the internet at the rate charged. Using iPass is considerably cheaper than international dial-up or using a hotel connection and more convenient since it can be called from anywhere there is a telephone socket. What’s more, you can still use your Inweb email account to send and receive email as normal.
In order to use iPass you must have a personal dial-up account with your own username and password. You must also have had your dial-up account activated for this service. If you are interested in setting up an account please contact our sales team on 08000 612 222 or email sales@inweb.co.uk.

ISDN
Inweb offers ISDN connections with the same benefits as dial up. You can use the same logon details and phone number and there are no set-up fees or hidden charges. Multiple channel operation comes as standard so you can have 2Mbps access to the internet.
If you wish to have a static IP address (or even a range of IP’s) associated with your ISDN network Inweb can setup a personal ISDN connection with your own username and password.

News Server
Our recently upgraded news server now allows us to carry a full and uncensored news feed of over 44,000 discussion groups. Inweb’s news server is located at news.inweb.co.uk.
